      Sales of explosive materials

• Sale of explosive materials is carried out only upon obtaining permits for the purchase of explosive materials issued by the authorized body;

• There are mandatory licenses for the sale of explosives, as well as certificates for the sold explosive materials;

• Each consignment of explosive materials is sold with operational documentation and a certificate of conformity.

      Transportation

      Permission for transportation of hazardous freights (explosive materials) is issued:

• For a specific quantity (mass) of explosive materials with a validity period not exceeding six months;

• The route for transportation of explosive materials must be subject to agreement with the internal affairs bodies.

 

      Storage

• Explosive materials are stored in conditions that ensure their safety and security of storage, excluding access of unauthorized persons;

• Storage of explosive materials are guarded by guards armed with firearms.
